Karen Clark Fitness online training service is one of the most comprehensive, convenient, and accessible tools you can use to get in shape.  With busy schedules and less time to allocate for going to the gym, this will allow you to set your own pace and achieve your goals without compromising any of the expert assistance and motivation from Karen.  If you want to workout on your own schedule whilst being provided with online support and accountability, including delicious meal plans - then you must give our online training a try.   • One FREE two-hour initial consultation valued at $200!
  • Customize Training Plan / monthly progressive workout sessions including:
    -   Daily support online through Karen Clark Fitness Facebook Group
    -   Customized meal plans
  • Fitness tests will be online via (Skype, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
    -   An initial fitness test to gauge your current level of fitness
    -   Fitness test and weight monitored at the end of each month to gauge progress results.

At Karen Clark Fitness, all training is fully customized to your specific needs. All training is geared towards helping you create a progressive solid foundation of health and fitness that we will build on together over your choice of six months or one year of personal training. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of signing up, you can cancel your monthly contract. After 30 days, the monthly contract is binding for your commitment and accountability in reaching your goals for the duration agreed.

The online training sessions, coupled with a private, personalized monthly assessment is an affordable and fantastic way to get in shape or build upon your current fitness level.  Whether you want to work out from the comfort of your living room, or take your personal plan to the gym, Karen Clark makes sense of the arduous task of work out planning.

Plans are unique and easy to follow which leaves you with more time and energy to spend on your training!

These packages are only for members who wish for Karen to travel to their location within one hour of Rockwood.

Karen Clark Fitness currently services the following towns/cities outside of Rockwood: Guelph, Halton Hills, Elora, Orangeville, Georgetown, Erin, Fergus, Kitchener/Waterloo, Milton, and Puslinch.
